You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. phllove will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify phllove immediately at the support email address if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
phllove accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. phllove does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.
Players who have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending the completion of verification. phllove will notify the player of any documentation required and will process the withdrawal promptly upon satisfactory completion of verification.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the phllove platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally in the first instance by contacting phllove's customer support team. phllove will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who believe phllove has acted in breach of applicable PAGCOR regulations may also submit a complaint to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
Nothing in this section shall prevent phllove from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
